Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day before being handed to the shipping carrier.
Processing takes place Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.
Shipping Time
Once processed, orders are shipped using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times:
Standard Ground Shipping: Usually 3–5 business days, depending on weather, distance, and carrier logistics.
APO/FPO/AA Shipments: May take 8–12 business days once in transit.
Carrier non-business days are not included in delivery estimates.
Orders processed on non-business days will ship the next business day.
Possible Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected factors may cause delays:
Logistics: Carrier capacity limits or route adjustments.
Weather: Severe conditions at the origin, along the route, or at the destination.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can:
Log in to your Vape Guys LLC account and view tracking under My Account.
Click the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Contact Customer Support if you can’t locate tracking information.
Note: Tracking updates may take time to appear and usually start after the package reaches a sorting facility or local post office.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping and email addresses before placing an order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once it arrives back with us. Reshipping costs will be paid by the customer.
If you request a refund for a returned package, original shipping and packaging costs will not be refunded.
Replacement & Warranty Shipments
All replacement and warranty shipments follow the shipping carrier’s Terms & Conditions.
Shipments include carrier insurance for loss or damage. Supporting proof may be required.
If tracking shows “Delivered”, no claims, refunds, or warranties can be processed. Our support team may assist case-by-case.
Reported thefts after confirmed delivery are not covered.
