Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
