Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of product delivery. For any returns, we provide a free return label, making it easy for you to send the item back. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund, deducting only the shipping cost.

Refunds

• Standard Refunds: Once the returned product is received, we will initiate the refund, which will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
• Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please reach out to our support team at support@vapeguysllc.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund with no shipping cost deduction.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If the order has already been dispatched, a return will be necessary. Upon receiving the returned product, we will refund your purchase amount, minus the shipping cost.
